THE PERSON BEHIND FLOW LIVING CONSULTING
International experience.
A hands-on approach.

An engineer, MBA graduate and PMP®-certified professional with 15+ years of international experience — including several years working directly within higher education.
From 2022 to 2025, I led international development activities at ISEN, a French graduate engineering school, across a broad range of academic, strategic and operational projects: developing new international programmes from concept through curriculum design and implementation, expanding international opportunities, building and managing institutional partnerships, coordinating student events and mobility, resolving individual student situations, and conducting admissions interviews.
This experience gave me a strong understanding of how higher-education institutions operate at different levels — from the practical realities of student-facing activities and day-to-day operations to high-sensitivity strategic projects conducted directly with board-level members and senior leadership. It strengthened my ability to adapt quickly, navigate complex situations, communicate with very different stakeholders and find practical solutions while keeping broader institutional objectives in sight.
My wider career in project management, technology and digital transformation brings another layer of expertise: the ability to turn objectives into action and drive work through to delivery. I bring strong skills in planning and execution, budget and timeline management, stakeholder engagement, team coordination, risk and crisis management, communication, problem-solving and decision-making — with a consistent focus on delivering tangible results and value.
Having both studied and worked in Dubai, I also know the UAE environment first-hand, alongside professional experience across Europe, the Middle East, Africa and Asia. I am used to working across cultures, organisations and professional environments, and to adapting quickly to new contexts.
In 2026, I founded Flow Living Consulting to bring this experience together in a flexible model designed for higher education, providing experienced, adaptable support when institutions need additional capacity, without the commitment of a permanent hire or the complexity of a large consultancy.
Dubai-based · English & French · On-site across the UAE or remote
Flexible support, structured around your needs.
Support can be arranged for a few days, for a defined project, or as recurring part-time capacity over a longer period. Engagements can be remote, on-site across the UAE, or a combination of both, depending on the assignment.
From a few days of additional capacity to ongoing part-time support, the engagement can be structured around what your institution actually needs.
A FEW PRACTICAL DETAILS
Yes. A defined task, a short busy period or a few days of coordination can be a good starting point. The assignment does not need to be a large project.
That’s absolutely fine. You don’t need a fully defined brief before getting in touch. Tell me what needs to move, where the pressure is or what outcome you’re trying to achieve, and we can define the right scope and level of support together.
Yes. On-site, hybrid and remote arrangements are possible, depending on location, scope and availability. We agree the working pattern together.
I can often mobilise quickly, depending on current availability. Urgent and short-notice assignments are welcome — whether you are dealing with an unexpected absence, a sudden increase in workload, a time-sensitive project or an operational issue requiring immediate support. Where availability allows, support can sometimes start within 24–48 hours.
Larger assignments requiring preparation can be planned around your institution's timeline.
Absolutely. I can work independently on a defined assignment or integrate directly with your existing team, depending on what is most useful. I am comfortable adapting to existing processes, tools and ways of working, and collaborating with stakeholders at different levels across the institution.
I am available to deliver courses, modules, workshops and guest sessions for universities and higher-education institutions in areas aligned with my professional expertise, including project management, professional and cross-cultural communication, stakeholder management, international environments, digital transformation and professional skills.
I do not provide academic or pedagogical consultancy as a specialist academic adviser. My work is grounded in professional practice and hands-on higher-education experience, and I am happy to discuss teaching assignments where that experience can bring practical value to students.
